Summary0000420: Decal issues online
Description* Blood decals (cl_bloodsplats) don't appear online.
* If you kill a zombieman with a SSG, the pellets appearing behind the zombieman will not leave any decals.
* Hitscan decals are spawned locally. Incorrect spread patterns.

Both of these are inaccuracies of the client side decal prediction. Since decals are completely unnecessary for the game play, I don't want to spend any net traffic on them. With this constraint, the inaccuracies are not fixable. Those who don't like the inaccuracies can disable the client side predicted decals by setting cl_hitscandecalhack to 0.
