0000418: SpaceDM9 crashes if vid_forceddraw is set to 1
I'm able to crash SpaceDM9 in several ways:

* If going from windowed mode to fullscreen mode when vid_forceddraw is set to 1.
* Upon starting a single player game (-file spacedm9-a.pk3 +map s9dm03) in fullscreen mode when vid_forceddraw is set to 1.
* If I alter the display resolution while in fullscreen mode when vid_forceddraw is set to 1.
* Upon entering the "disconnect" command in the console while on a server.

These issues are also present in (G)ZDoom (I haven't tested the "disconnect" issue there).
It crashes in S9DM03.

I assume it happens in latest svn, doesn't it?
If yes, can you make an example wad compatible with (G)ZDoom? I'll post it in zdoom forum.

SDM9 is compatible with ZDoom. You can load the mod visit the levels.

Done. It would be better if you can post also some crash reports there. I can't test it because a crash in fullscreen locks my session and I'm obliged to restart my OS.

This contains the backported ZDoom fix. Please check if to works.
