0004094: Make it possible to configure optional wads before joining a server

Description

Zandronum servers can have multiple optional wads, and users may want some of those wads enabled and others disabled. Would be nice to have a possibility to configure that in Doomseeker.

The way I imagine it is when you join a server for the first time, you are face a list of optional wads with checkboxes and you can select which ones you want to load. Doomseeker should remember your configuration and not ask again next time you join, but you should be able to open the menu again by right clicking the server. Also, the list should be displayed again in case the server changes it's wads list.
