0000039: the higher the ping, the more the viewpoint "sinks down" to the floor when landing from a higher one.
If you jump down from a floor 16 map units+ higher than the floor you land on, the viewpoint sinks down to the floor like a spring, then raises back up again.

It happens in 98c and the 98d alpha/beta builds, but not in 96b or 97d-beta4.3.

I've included an example WAD showcasing the height differences required for the effect to take place. For jumping, it is 16 map units. For falling, it is 48 map units.
Load up my example WAD and emulate a ping.

Should be fixed now. AFAICT, The viewpoint "sink" threshold for jumping/dropping from heights is the same online as it is offline now.
