Which renderer is it? OpenGL? Software? Also, which graphics card do you have?
Also, by transparent textures do you mean also the textures which are present in the secret are in Doom2 MAP01? In that case, can you share a screenshot of the effect? |

OpenGL. I've Reproduced this on Hexen, As well as Heretic. I have an Nvidia 710. |

If you are still having this issue with Zan 3.1 or 3.2 beta, please reopen this ticket. Provide more info such as behavior online vs offline and if you are using pwads, mods or stock iwads. |

Yes this is still an issue in 3.2, any iwad, any mod. |

Updated versions of those drivers yes. This issue is not in 3.1 Stable. It has been a persistent issue. |

So the issue doesn't occur in 3.1 stable release? Then the problem could be caused by the fact the betas are debug builds. I'll bring this up to the devs next meeting. Perhaps one that builds on Linux could be of some help. |

No this is just a setting that gets reset. I forgot what it was, but once i changed the setting the transparency came back. |

You could possibly try checking settings such as texture compression.
A linux user suggested to try -sm2 as a startup parameter. |
