0003714: Comments for lines of code in commits on Bitbucket are troubling to archive due to JavaScript

Description

Bitbucket requires running JavaScript to view the changes in files found from commit URLs, including the comments made by Bitbucket users on lines of code found there. This includes "prior comments" on Bitbucket.

Current archival tools, such as ArchiveBot or wget, don't really support JavaScript well or at all. PhantomJS support for saving these pages has been "broken" for so long in ArchiveBot. The best might be headless Chromium browser (chromebot, aka crocoite), saving to WARC, but I'm not sure.
