0003709: Add A_CheckProximity action
The A_CheckProximity action would be extremely useful in various cases, since it would allow for stuff like waypoints without having to use patrol nodes or tagging them in the editor. That's my use case.

But it can also be used for various other things like an enemy that alerts all other enemies if it sees a dead body, or one that seeks a certain actor.
