0003637: A_CustomRailgun does not shoot target if spawnofs_xy is not 0
"spawnofs_xy: The horizontal offset (from the actor's center) where the railgun will emerge from. Negative values shift the beam to the actor's left, positive values shift it right."

This make literaly no sens. I Expect only the starting point to be where the railgun will emerge from. Not the whole line from the starting point to target.

See the example wad they will never hit you.

For this case, I believe this requires explicitly a new flag, since your report suggests this has been always like that. Changing the behavior is not an option also for Zandronum, because who knows if there aren't Zandronum mods (note: not just GZDoom mods) which use intentionally this aspect (for instance, a shotgun which shots rails, your change would remove the sparsity...).

I leave this open for the time being.

First thing what i thought after seeing this - obviously no one ever tested it. It is so fucking obvious.
Are we going to leave all the mess randi left behind just she did not care she is literally producing crap code? It is easier to repair broken mods. And those idiots that made those mods - they are on fault since they saw it and not even care to report it. Those who follow manual should not be taking damage in first place.

Don't report untill they fix. You will do huge job, test everything.

And what will happen. There will be zero respond. ( Did something like that with bouncing projectile ).

GOD FORBID if bug was a little longer. Someone might think there is no sens repairing it since some idiot might have made a mod using that bug as intended behavior ( no one will ever play anyway chance are 99% - BUT NO LETS KEEP IT ).
