Summary0003457: Cameroon country flag is missing
Description
[00:06:50] No flag for country: CMR


Caused by some Zandronum server hosted somewhere with older (newer?) GeoIP in Africa, server name prefixed with "[Rocket Server]" (41.216.191.243), ports 10666 and 10662.
Steps To ReproduceIn source distribution:

$ ls -l media/flags/CMR.png
ls: cannot access 'media/flags/CMR.png': No such file or directory
Additional InformationInterestingly enough, my ping to said server is ~ 40 ms from Europe. Although WHOIS says the hosting company is in Africa and the RIR is AFRINIC, the server probably isn't within Africa but using its IP-address space.

Newer GeoLite2 database pinpoints the IP to Russia (tested with Doomseeker 1.2~beta-180816-2126M (aafacb71daee)), which makes more sense with the ping too.

I forgot to run optipng on CMR.png (once again), but the effort to make a new patch seems silly.
