Summary0003143: vid_fps 1 "bug" I think in OGL
DescriptionI was experiencing FPS lag in the menu and in game, in the options, when i went on every last selection (apart for Set video mode), the menu was very, very laggy. Like 1 fps. In game i had like 1 fps.
Resolved it using vid_fps 1.
Ah I don't know if it can help. My laptop runs an Intel HD 3000 Win10 Creator's update 4GB ram and Intel i5 2450m
Steps To Reproduce1)open the game
2)go in option and try going to Seti video mode, or any menu then last option of that menu
3)experience lag.
4)open console and use vid_fps 1 and it resolves

1a)open the game and select new game at any difficulty
2)the game will go very very slow
3)open the console and use vid_fps 1 and it resolves

In the other case, it happens on Intel HD 4000, not 3000. But Windows 10 Creators Update too.

it's.
I belive it may happen in any intel hd gpu older than 4000 or the 4000 itself in creators update since intel isn't updating their drivers for those gpus 1 year ago
