0003140: Major palette problem with OpenGL renderer on 3.0 170416-0710 on OS X
Palette significantly reduced to 4- or 8-bit or 256-color or some other low-information palette when run with OpenGL renderer on OS X.
Launch Doom 2 on OS X with Zandronum version 3.0 170416-0710 with the OpenGL renderer.
Does not happen on 2.1.2, or with software renderer on 3.0 170416-0710. Tested with both integrated video card and discrete card (NVIDIA Geforce GT 650M).

I have the same issue. Oddly if I run Zan (which screws up the whole monitor when running in windowed mode, other monitors stay fine) and get the reduced colors and go to System Preference->Displays, the issue goes away instantly when the Colors Tab is clicked
