0003108: 3.0 breaks SBARINFO offsets in Hell vs Marines
All SBARINFO graphics are way above the bottom edge of the screen in 3.0.

The attached wad is SBARINFO from HvM with the needed graphics.

GZDoom 1.8.4 and GZDoom 2.4.0 seem to handle this like 3.0. So this is either a GZDoom bug or GZDoom changed how SBARINFO is handled.

This bug seems to be due to 1.2x vertical scaling no longer being applied to SBARINFO huds.

Note that this also makes Doom sprites used in SBARINFO look distorted. But removes distortion from most other graphics.

But fixing offsets in mods is not as simple as multiplying Y by 1.2. I resorted to measuring offset differences on screenshots. And it still doesn't look the same due to lack of 1.2 scaling.

I tested all versions of ZDoom from 2.7.0 to 2.3.0 (2.2.0 couldn't load the wad) and they all look like Zandronum 3.0.
