0000297: Even if Dynamic lights aren't on, if settings are higher than a certain amount, they cause FPS lag.
If you have GL_LIGHTS 1 with both Size and Intensity settings higher than half (?), and then turn GL_LIGHTS 0, but keep the two settings like that, next time you play, you might get FPS lag.

I know it's caused by Dynamic lights, because it goes away when I put those settings in 0. Changing other settings don't fix it.

Can you reproduce this in GZDoom 323? And does it lag offline?

Can't tell for GZDoom, since it doesn't even let me set dynamic lights, and offline, it doesn't seem to lag, but then again, it happens randomly.

Something else I just noticed, whenever it happens, Dynamic lights aren't actually off, but they are just not appearing while they are on.

There should be a lights.pk3 in the GZDoom 323 package. Drag-and-drop it onto gzdoom.exe to load the dynamic lights.

I've been trying offline, and with GZDoom, but it doesn't seem to happen.
