0002927: Backport Brightmap reading method from GZDoom 1.8.7
This is a minor thing that i hope to see before the final release of Zandronum 3.0 and started exist one version after the target version of GZDoom that Zandro 3.0 aims for, in case, GZDoom 1.8.7.

There's already an example file attached in his topic for test in Zandronum 3.0 and GZDoom 1.8.7.

At a rapid look at the code, this requires backporting the 8-character limit removal, so it would be hard to do. I leave the final decision to Torr, anyways.

It's fine if this can not be done right now for greater reasons like the 8-character limit removal or even the changes in the OpenGL renderer which i remember that Graf temporarly dropped the support of OpenGL 2.x cards.

I'm making this ticket to make sure if this can be done with what Zandronum have for now, otherwise can be left for future revisions.
