Summary0002816: Set cl_ticsperupdate 1 as default.
DescriptionI think cl_ticsperupdate should be 1 as the default setting instead of *shudder* 3. Playing online with 3 and then switching to 1 is almost like playing a whole new game, it's that serious. I'm not sure why the other settings even exist, maybe for terrible internet from the 1980's?

The main reason I post this is because not many players even know this setting exists when it has such a large impact on the game.
