0002719: Respawn protection modifiers and tweaking
Suggestion to allow the modification of the respawn protection, e.g. the time a player is protected for, and if the protected spawned player can shoot other players while protected. This suggestion is to allow respawn protection to be more friendly in deathmatch and other competitive gamemodes. I also think that spawn protection should make it more obvious to other players that they are protected. My suggestions include:

* More rapid blinking to make sure nobody misses it.
* Fade-in the player from invisible to opaque (100-40 Trans for the fade in, completely opaque the moment they are unprotected)
sv_protectiontime - Sets the amount of seconds a player stays protected for after spawning, if spawn protection is currently enabled.

compat_shootwhileprotected - Allows players in spawn protection to shoot another

* Give the player the Invuln-Sphere effect while invulnerable upon spawn

Another option would be green sparks that surround the player, rising up from their feet, kind of like the effect that shows on Heretic teleporters.
