Yup good for competitive gaming, when guy miss packet he stop moving for 3 secs.

You say players stop moving when they lag, and you'd have this added into 3.0? This has been this way forever. In case you didn't notice.

Or do you mean you'd rather have the player run into a wall, off a ledge or into lava instead?
