0002647: Make GMEEVENT_PLAYERFRAGS work on suicides
Hi, currently GMEEVENT_PLAYERFRAGS doesn't work if a player suicides, and I think it would be convenient if it did.

make both activator and arg1 the player number of who suicided

Can't be done without breaking backwards compatibility.

This should be possible with GAMEEVENT_ACTOR_DAMAGED and the Armor version. Just check if the Target is the same as the Source.
