0002577: Telefragging on join, even with other open available spawns
At least in Vanilla, Doom tries REALLY REALLY hard not to telefrag somebody else on spawn. If a DM spawn is blocked by a player or object, it will spawn you elsewhere, up to a maximum of some amount of attempts that I forget the number to, but enough times to the point where you should almost never telefrag somebody.

However, in Zandronum, it appears that this is not always the case. At least when spawning into the game in my Duel server, it appears possible to telefrag somebody.
1. Start a Duel40 server in duel mode on the START map.
2. One client joins the game and stays on the DM spawn (blue box).
3. Second client repeatedly joins the game and spectates.

Within a few tries (1 in 4, I suspect), you should telefrag the other player.
