Summary0002576: Implement GetHighestCeilingZ(int tag, int x, int y);
DescriptionJust like'http://zdoom.org/wiki/GetSectorCeilingZ [^]' , but instead of receiving the nearest ceiling above the floor (x,y cordinates) or the nearest ceiling above that tag, this function could return the highest ceiling from a x,y position or from above a tag.

Yes it's working just fine on 3.0 (I wish the oficial release was the 3.0 :( )
