0002506: A fix to the "respawning pickups" co-op settings that effect artifact items
Hi. I have noticed that when the "powerups respawn" co-op settings are enabled, picking up respawned artifact items could cause you to get more than 100% items. I suggest 2 changes to fix this:
-The "items picked up tally" code automatically detects whether or not the appropriate co-op settings are enabled, thus causing re-spawned artifact items NOT to add to the tally & PREVENTING the possibility of going over 100% items
-Respawned artifact items should have a visual indicator showing that you already picked up the initial instance, allowing you to know that it's a respawned instance

The better solution is to just make the tally count only for the first time it was picked up by a particular player.

None of the visual crap (redundant, won't stop anyone from getting it again) or not counting at all. That's just a plain bad idea.

I never said "not counting at all". You may have misunderstood that. Still, would your revision to my idea also prevent the player from going over 100% if he/she picks up a respawned copy? I will admit your idea seems better than mine.
