0002465: Powerup Protection's ActiveSound doesnt work online
When people make their own protection powerup, they have the choice to us or not an active sound when the player is hit by something.

This option works fine offline but not at all offline.
1. Launch the test.wad offline.
2. Start the map01.
3. Summon "DefenseSphere" (looks like a soulsphere) and take it.
4. Let the zombies attack you and you'll hear the sound of protection.
5. Now launch a server with sv_cheats to summon the "DefenseSphere".
6. Do the same thing but this time you will hear nothing when you get hit.

A little bump for that bug, it's not really important but it would be cool to have it fixed in the next Zandronum.

Tested with r160519-2047 and the sound works as intended online.
