Is this a 3.0 beta only issue? If not, the Product Version should be set to 2.1.
Can you elaborate "less blood actors than usual"? How do you know how many blood actors should be spawned? Are you counting the puffs to find out how many blood actors there should be? If so, are you using "cl_clientsidepuffs"? |

I don't really know how you count the puffs, but with both cl_clientsidepuffs 0 and 1, this happens. And yeah, it's a 3.0 beta only issue.
Basically, I take a Shotgun or Supershotgun to easily observe the issue. Normally, you see a ton of blood actors come out "consistently", implying always the amount of bullets shot. However, due to this bug you sometimes see 0, sometimes the entire bullet count and sometimes just in between.
