0002334: Sound cut-offs from weapons
I've noticed really weird sound cutoffs that is seemingly caused by weapons, even even using A_PlaySound function on different sound channels, they still seem to overlap and cut each other off. This is most notable in Samsara. I'm not sure if there are other cases of this but this ruins many of the effects in many of my mods, including other people's mods'.
1) Download samsara 0.3:'http://static.best-ever.org/wads/samsara-v0.3-zd.pk3 [^]'
2) Run Zdoom 2.7.1.
3) Choose Duke.
4) Give All / God
5) Shoot all the weak enemies with your slot 5 weapon. You'll notice Duke will occasionally taunt.
6) Repeat the same steps, but download this to run under Zandronum:'http://static.best-ever.org/wads/samsara-v0.3.pk3 [^]'
7) You'll notice that as soon as you fire another rocket while Duke's cracking a taunt, Duke's taunt will cut off instantly, despite not sharing any kind of sound channel.
This is seemingly introduced in Zandronum 2.0 rather than 2.1, so I tagged it as 2.0. I've tested both 2.0 and 2.1, and same result can be observed, sounds will cut off always.

Apparently also happening in Zandronum 1.2 so, might have been ancient.

Please remove this, apparently I'm stupid and I was using the compat flag that limited sounds to only one per actor...
