0002318: Client thinks that it still has rune if telefragged before it's in map locally after "changemap" map changes

Runes are removed from your inventory on the server if you're telefragged before you're in the map locally, but the rune is not removed on the client when you enter the map. So the client thinks that it still has a certain powerup after a "changemap" map change, causing you to use more ammo (RageRune) than you should.
1. zandronum -iwad doom2.wad -file changemap_rune.wad -host
2. "addbot" in the server console. This step is important to prevent telefragging when you're in the map locally.
3. zandronum -iwad doom2.wad -file changemap_rune.wad -connect localhost
4. Join the game.
5. Pick up the spread rune or "give spreadrune" in the console.
6. "changemap map01" in the server console.
7. Rapidly press +forward until you have moved away from the spawn spot to avoid being telefragged when in the map locally.
It's a minor issue, but the desync can be nasty, particularly on large maps.
