0000230: Walking over berserk pack with after shooting projectile gives fisting medal
If a player fires a projectile and walks over a berserk pack, if another player is killed by the projectile after the first player's weapon changes to the fist, the first player is awarded a fisting medal. Might also happen if someone runs out of ammo or switches to the fist after firing a rocket.
Start a botmatch, and when the bot is in range, stand near a berserk pack and summon a rocket or BFG shot with the console, then run over the berserk. When the bot dies you'll get the medal.

Confirmed. This bug is since long time but it can also be done when you shoot a rocket or BFGBALL and then fast switch back to fist
