0002286: NOEXPLODEFLOOR desyncs when used with STEPMISSILE.
This issue is hard to explain particularly well...the short of it is NOEXPLODEFLOOR still causes issues online, but it seems to more specifically linked with transitioning heights.

As a general thing, projectiles appear to desync rather commonly when they're going to change direction or position somehow.

This ticket is for specifically NOEXPLODEFLOOR and its interactions with STEPMISSILE, however.

When a projectile has both NOEXPLODEFLOOR and STEPMISSILE employed, a projectile will appear to phase through the steps it climbs. Its interaction with slopes appears normal.
1) Load the given test wad offline.
2) On MAP01, fire the rocket downwards towards the staircase. The rocket should climb the stairs and kill the zombie men standing there.
3) Repeat online, the rocket should appear to phase through the stairs but will still strike the zombie men.
Projectiles affected by gravity tend to desync more often than those that are not. This might help in solving the underlying issue as I have found a number of projectile-related desyncs experimenting with this issue.

The NOCLIP/NOEXPLODEFLOOR issues are specific to Zandronum, it worked fine in Skulltag 98d.
