press esc, notice it says u changed names

online:
press enter
add a letter to ur name
press enter
"must wait 30 seconds etc"

<WaTaKiD> i connected a second client and did name wata in console, the other client and server didnt even notice, only the client that changed its name lol

even with'https://zandronum.com/tracker/view.php?id=2268#c12680 [^]' this is still an issue, also ignore my above note as its no longer relevant (and belonged in ticket 2268 anyways)

Is this still a problem? I just tested this briefly in the latest 3.0 version and it seemed to work fine.
