0000222: player is not on a team after a map change offline || sv_noteamselect 1 + sv_keepteams 1 + teamplay 1
If you set "sv_noteamselect" and "sv_keepteams" to 1 before a team game, your player will not be on a team after a "map" map change. If you then use "changemap" to one of the stock DM maps, everyone is put on a team (only on the scoreboard. Bots still attack each other), even though "teamplay" is set to 0.
1. Start a normal game.
2. Set "sv_noteamselect", "sv_keepteams" and "teamplay" to 1 in the console.
3. "map MAP01" in the console.
4. Your player is not on a team. Add 2 bots. They will be put on the red/blue team.
5. "changemap D2DM1" in the console.

This should fix both issues. I'm not completely sure though whether the "no team" fix will have any undesired side effects. Needs thorough testing.

It didn't fix the first issue from what I can tell. If you "changemap" to any map with team starts, e.g., D2CTFxx, then to one of the D2DUELxx maps (maps with team starts, but without campaign settings), the second bug is still present.

1. Start a normal game.
2. Set "sv_noteamselect", "sv_keepteams" and "teamplay" to 1 in the console.
3. "map MAP01" in the console.
4. Your player is not on a team. Add 2 bots. They will be put on the red/blue team.
5. "changemap D2CTFxx" in the console.
6. "changemap D2DUELxx" in the console.
7. Add some bots.
8. "changemap D2CTFxx" in the console.

I also noticed that the names of all players/bots on "no team" disappear from the scoreboard when they're dead.

I see. Previously I only tested issue one without step one, i.e. by directly going to the console to set the values without starting a new game first. It was only fixed under this condition.

This should work better.
