Summary0000218: "incredible" medal awarded after "first frag" medal if you frag someone within 2-3 seconds after map start
DescriptionIt seems that if you manage to frag someone within 2-3 seconds after a map start, you'll be awarded an "incredible" medal after the "first frag" one.
Steps To ReproduceI made an example WAD. Start a DM game and add a bot to it. Set "sv_spawnfarthest" and "sv_norespawninvul" to 1. Then go to MAP01 through "changemap" and frag the bot with the SSG upon map start.
Additional InformationHappens in 98c as well.

Just wondering.. is this a bad thing? A medal for a quick frag... I've always considered this to be a feature.

Don't fix it, I don't think that it's should be considered as a bug. That's very good idea to award with this medal very fast frag.

Note that I already fixed it before the discussion whether or not this should not be considered to be a bug started. I'm just waiting for someone to confirm that the fix works.
