Summary	0000194: SECTINFO not working with UDMF maps
Description	Just as the title says. SECTINFO properties won't get applied to UDMF maps.
Steps To Reproduce	Make an UDMF map, apply a SECTINFO property to it, then boot it up in Skulltag. Domination gamemode should automatically start, but it doesn't because it doesn't detect any SECTINFO property attached to the sector in question.
