0001901: COMPATF_PLASMABUMP doesn't even do it's main function
I just loaded Zan 2.0 from the tip, and you can plasma bump without compat_plasmabump on.

Furthermore, the code changes wallrunning in one direction (vanilla style). If you turn off compat_plasmabump and turn on compat_wallrun, you can run North and South on D2M1. If you turn plasmabump on, you can only wallrun in one direction.

I don't know if something changed in 2.0, but can someone else confirm this?

compat_plasmabump is already horribly broken in 1.2 it makes you go through walls somehow..

Yo, I remember using grab on many maps w/o the compat flag enabled. At least in 1.0.

UPDATE:

Dewww gave some good input, this should probably be renamed to "compat_vanillawallrun" or something like that since vanilla only lets you wallrun in one direction.
