Summary0001890: Fail to determine application directory when starting from CMD with "doomseeker.exe" only.
DescriptionFail to determine application directory when starting from CMD with "doomseeker.exe" only. Program will spawn configuration storage directory in the top dir of the current drive, for example: "D:\.doomseeker" and "D:\.static".
Steps To Reproduce1. Run CMD.
2. `cd` to directory where doomseeker.exe resides
3. Run `doomseeker.exe --portable`.
