Summary0001661: Wadseeker may prevent download of non-commercial IWADs.
Descriptionmegagame.wad is not a commercial IWAD, but if it's the only file that is missing when trying to join a server, then Doomseeker won't allow WAD download. This WAD will be downloaded if there are other PWADs missing, but even in such case a warning message about IWADs is being displayed.

Expected behavior: Doomseeker should detect offending WADs more precisely and display messages that state which WADs won't be downloaded. Non-commercial IWADs should be downloadable.
Steps To Reproduce1. Host a server with megagame.wad as an IWAD, this IWAD should be located in a directory that is not configured in Doomseeker "File Paths" list. Alternatively find such server on Zandronum list (it shouldn't be difficult).
2. Try to join the server.

Commit. Wadseeker will now allow to download Freeware IWADs. Furthermore, Wadseeker message on joining server with missing WADs was redacted and its construction algorithm was modified so that the program can now precisely inform the user what will happen and why.
