0001621: Please add the SoundVolume ZDoom function to Zandronum...
I'm making a Silent Hill mod for Zandronum. This includes a radio that makes a noise when you get close to a monster, and it's supposed to increase the noise volume the closer to the monster you get. The SoundVolume function allows you to increase the volume of the sound played on a specified channel on the specified actor.
