Adding i18n support for plugins wasn't that difficult. I've already created Polish translation for Zandronum. Remaining plugins are to follow.

Odamex and Zandronum plugins have Polish translation now.

I'm not sure if anyone here is able to comprehend the language, but just checking that things like "Flags" page in create server box or DM flags reported in server details box do get translated should be enough.

Please test with newest beta build.
