Are you using Doomseeker 0.11b? It should grab skulltag_actors.pk3 from your Zandronum install now so this is a non-issue. All users have skulltag_actors.pk3 since it comes with all versions of Zandronum (even the source code).

Skulltag_data.pk3, on the other hand, is a third party mod which last I checked uses a versioned file name.

I'd say this to be featuritis. Blzut3 has also claimed it to be a "non-issue". The proper Skulltag WADs are included with Zandronum, and Wadseeker should be able to download the right version (the filenames of Skulltag WADs now have a version in them, e.g. skulltag_content2.1a.pk3 or skulltag_content-3.0-beta01.pk3 with both WADs in it).
