0001574: Spawning on items after map change results in no said items
After a map change (exiting normally, nextmap, changemap) items you spawn on will seem to have been picked up and the console will say so as well, but they weren't. These items will be lost unless the item respawn flag is enabled. This can also lead to a health desync if spawned on for example a soulsphere. I have provided an example wad for use in this issue.
1. zandronum.exe -file doom2.wad -file mapchangeexample.wad (can add -host too)
2. changemap map01
3. move aside and notice the pickup messages in the console compared to what you actually have
4. use the rocket launcher to slowly kill yourself, notice u die once u drop below 100 hp and u will instantly show 0 hp
I have tested Zdoom 2.3.1, 2.5.0, 2.7.1, GZdoom 323, 1.5.0, 1.8.4, and this behavior does not show up, neither offline nor online.
It only occurs in Zandronum 1.2 and Zandronum 2.0 (131102-1210) both offline and online.
