There was time when progress meant that resolutions used to go higher instead of lower. Isn't it possible to pan the screen somehow? But given that this is Windows, I imagine there isn't.
I don't know how to fix your problem without redesigning UI that people already got used to. Giving your users a YouTube treatment is not the way to go. Perhaps it would be possible to make some widgets "hideable", however the size of the entire dialog box depends on the size of all tabs in this dialog. |

Can't you allow resizing in Y axis and add a scroll if one does?
EDIT
I checked, and in EVERY tab what was taking most space was A LOT of space for some additional files, etc. Only which wasn't leaving enough empty space was compatflags tab, which could be easy to change to two tabs, one with oldschool settings and one with more advanced settings.

Quote from "Alien" Hello, it is resizeable in other engines, though. Only happening with Zandronum's plugin.
That's happening precisely because of the compatflag tab. I'll see what I can do about it. The "additional files" space is configured to stretch to fill the remaining allowed space, but it will not expand the dialog box on its own (beyond an insignificant value, at least).
Also, Blzut3 had an idea with adding a scrollbar, but I'll have to figure out how to do this to not screw things up. |

Resolving for now, then. I don't see the need to add scroll bars just yet, so they won't be added. |
