0001414: Heretic's Powered Hellstaff rains are not limited to 2 per player online.
In Heretic online, if you shoot your powered up hellstaff several times, there would be more than 2 instances of hellrain where it is only supposed to be limited to 2 per player.
Start Heretic server with cheats.
Give All, use your tome of power and fire hellstaff several times, there would be more than two instances of hellrain from one player.

Hmm, doesn't this remove the additional rain too early? By setting the health to 16, the existing rain lives 16 more tics offline and on the server, but it's destroyed immediately on the clients with your patch. Wouldn't it be more accurate to inform the clients about the health change and let them destroy it when the health runs out?
