Summary | 0001401: Moving cameras don't work after game load in single player. |
Description | When a new game is launched moving cameras work properly when activated. However, when a game is saved and then loaded moving cameras cease to work.
Bug exists on builds r130512-1932 and r130120-0905 but doesn't on official 1.0 build. |
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Load the attached camera.wad
2. Start a new game.
3. Press the button to check that camera does work.
4. Start a new game again.
5. Save the game.
6. Load the game that you just saved.
7. Press the button again. The camera will be stuck. |
Additional Information | Setting the severity as major because this breaks existing wads. |

Conformed in r130512-1932. Camera refuses to move after loading saved games. |

ZandroDev1.1-130102-1114windows.7z is the first build that has this bug, and I also checked the newest "SkullDev" build and it works fine, but I don't know if this build is newer than Zandronum 1.0 or older. I can only guess it's the latter.

Thanks for checking and sorry for not being more specific regarding which builds to test. I just meant to test the 1.1 builds from this directory. All SkullDev builds are older then Zandronum 1.0. |

I moved some more 1.1 builds to the folder. Can you use them to further isolate the problem? |

The problem was introduced in changeset e77ff44116efe1b7b30cf8e19bd70414490fbba0 and should be fixed by this build. |

This seems to have fixed the problem. While we're at it I also tried to find out what happens to these cameras in game modes that reset themselves, and I have a new issue to report: 1402. |
