0001371: GL/fog/water/nowork
When a fade is applied to a dummy sector for 3d water(not sure on any other cases) the fog is not transfered to the control.

Works in gzdoom.

I tested this and it works in GZDoom r880 but not Zandronum 2.0-140112. There's a new example WAD containing a pool, half of which should have fade FFFFFF.

That's weird does it mean that some revisions can just be forgotten ?
Or is it because it needed some modification from GZDoom ?
Anyway there can't be fog in 3D floors instead it's just like a palette flash.
