Why spectators even have to be affected by such a CVAR? O_o
I vote for allowing spectators to look freely if they use OpenGL. |

No matter if the player is in game or a spectator. If freelook is only disabled by the server with a dmflag, spectators should still be able to use free look (and I think they are, but I didn't check this). |

Odamex does this, though it would require that spectators have the ability to walk through any height in their way or else they'd get stuck in pits. |
