DescriptionIncrease voting time by 5 seconds if someone votes in the last few second.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional InformationWhen there is a tie in votes, someone tries to wait until the last second to cast a vote. This has gotten people unintentionally kicked from servers. When someone votes to kick someone else, and the votes are in a tie, someone may vote yes at the very last second.

Not a good example, but I think you understand what I am trying to say.

Having a variable that allows you to have as much time as you want is a more feasible idea. Otherwise, If you're going to implement an additional 5 seconds to a late vote, it would utterly solve nothing. As long as there's a limit as to how many seconds you can add to voting, I'm ok with it.

Sv_votetime would not address the problem stated in the ticket, which is players' waiting until the last second to vote, thus casting their vote without other players' having a chance to react. That said, is it even really a problem? Presumably, players' votes are independent of each other.

On further thought, people should be casting their votes regardless of what other people think. Wanting last minute info is something that shouldn't sway a vote unless someone is being a sheep or trying to troll.
