0001059: sv_shotgunstart inconsistency between offline and online play
Attached screenshot. The local ammo value is lower if you play online, but newly connected clients will see the proper ammo value.

The part of your patch which prevents the desync reported here (aka the SERVER_GiveInventoryToPlayer command) looks fine. If you separate it from the rest, I'll pull it.
