0001042: cl_stfullscreenhud 1 VS cl_stfullscreenhud 0 and hud_althud 1 in competitive modes
If cl_stfullscreenhud is 0, coop spying clients can see the ammo values of other clients. They also see an armor icon on the HUD if the other clients take some damage or pick up some armor.

I thought it was the ST hud which was at fault for not showing the ammo amounts? I personally don't think they should be obscured.

As for health/armor values, they could be "---"'d out in the althud and normal hud.
