Summary0002663: sv_forcefogmode
DescriptionTitle. Mods like Zombie Horde rely on fog on some maps, and not forcing this to either 1 or 2 gives unfair advantages to opengl users. Using sv_forcegldefaults can also ruin other maps because gl_lightmode will turn it extremely dark when these maps dont use lightmode in their mapinfo (which none of them do in this case).

So… can't the mapinfo just be patched so that lightmode is changed to whatever is needed for them to be? Now that sv_forcegldefaults respects it, anyway.

Yes it could. However this only limits use of a single lightmode, and I feel like this should be added now that consolecommand is being deprecated. This also counts for other options, but I have not yet found a reason to use these yet.
