0003055: Show map name in map votes

Description

Map votes should display the actual name of the map in addition to map lump name. Why make players remember meaningless map numbers if proper names are available? It just hinders voting as you have to remember which map is actually being voted for and you may make a mistake and end up voting for a map you wouldn't actually vote for.

(0021658) Kaminsky (developer) 2021-07-31 03:59	In 3.1, a "map" or "changemap" vote will now display the full name of the level alongside its lump name.

(0021665) doomjoshuaboy (developer) 2021-07-31 04:27	tested out on 210725-2324 and its goes out of bounds from different screen resolutions, but the widescreens are fine.
