Summary 0003273: Marked CHAT lines causes missing timestamps in subsequent lines.

Steps To Reproduce I was able to replicate this locally on Windows -host. I just loaded it up with Doom 2, whatever settings it uses by default, then:

sv_logfiletimestamp true
sv_logfiletimestamp_usedate true
sv_markchatlines true
logfile whatever
