Hello! This is a great source port but I've run across some trouble just now and was wondering if anyone can help. I was messing around with the sound settings while in e1m1 of The Ultimate Doom and the music stopped working. I put the settings back on default and restarted- no music. The sound effects are there but there is no music in mission 1 of any of the episodes for TUD.
The M1 music is there for the other Doom engine games, and if I play to the second level of any TUD episode I get the music. However if I skip to a level using idclev from m1 (I've been playing a lot of fan levels today) then they don't have any music either. I replaced the Doom iwad and I'm still getting this bug, I tested said iwad with chocolate doom and got the m1 music no problem as well. I've tried just about every combination of the sound settings I can think of and uninstalled/reinstalled Zandronum 3 times, graduating from a partial uninstall to a full one, with no luck. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

mmmph, weird. i would say what maybe you messed up something in the config, but that would be only if none song would be played in every map of Ultimate Doom :/

Thanks for trying :) I fixed it. Turns out it was a problem with timidity++. Just goes to show you should always be cautious to blame mechanical failure until human error has been meticulously ruled out lol. I had failed to restart zandronum as a whole when trying out the other sound options. I fixed it following the thread here http://zandronum.com/forum/archive/inde ... -1478.html of course now I don't get music when I play pwads including "No Rest for the Living" unless I switch to something other than Timidity. But that's another kettle of fish lol. Thanks again!
